Christmas Cactus
When I was a kid, I was very close to my grandparents. We would see them each weekend. My grandfather liked Christmas cactus and my grandmother grew violets. My grandpa had a Christmas cactus that was pretty big. He would pride himself on it blooming at Christmas time. I too, have had Christmas cactus and violets for years. While my plants do alright, they are never cool like Grandpas was. This year my Christmas cactus, is blooming, at Christmas! I am proud, I bet my Grandpa is too!
